What types of items do you sell?
We sell a variety of gently-used, previously-installed home items. These items include full kitchens (cabinets, countertops, appliances and lighting) as well as bathroom fixtures and professional appliances.
What are your fees?
Little Green Kitchens charges a 35% commission on the final sale price of the item(s). This fee includes all consultations, measurements, photos, advertising, communication with potential buyers, contracts and arrangements for completion of sale.
Who handles the removal of the kitchen?

Where does your inventory come from?
Little Green Kitchen can work with a contractor of your choice or our partner, North Shore Custom Builders to facilitate removal of your kitchen. Any fees associated with removal are the responsibly of the seller. Seller also assumes all responsibility for potential damage prior to completion of removal.
Most kitchen cabinets, from the highest-end luxury custom cabinets to RTA (ready to assemble) mass-produced cabinets are modular, and can be configured in multiple ways. Little Green Kitchens can offer assistance in design planning and help you to bring the kitchen of your dreams to life!
